These terms apply to your use of the Stable Motors website and to any request you submit through it.

Listings and availability

• Vehicle, machinery and spare part listings describe stock as accurately as we can at the time of publishing. Specifications, mileage and photographs are for guidance.
• Availability changes. A listing marked Available may be reserved or sold before you contact us.
• Items shown under Overseas Stock are not physically in Tanzania. They are available on order and are subject to supplier confirmation, shipping, duties and clearing.

Prices

Prices are shown in Tanzanian Shillings and are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Unless we state otherwise, an overseas vehicle price does not include shipping, duty, clearing or registration.

Inquiries and order requests

Submitting an inquiry, order request or appointment request is a request for information — it is not a binding sale, a reservation, or a confirmed booking. A sale only exists once Stable Motors confirms it with you directly and payment terms are agreed in writing.

Customer accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the details you give us. We may suspend accounts that are used abusively or fraudulently.

AI assistant

Our AI assistant answers using our published listings and business information. Its answers are for guidance only and are not a quotation or a commitment. Always confirm details with our team before making a decision.

Liability

We make no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for decisions made solely on information published here without confirmation from our team. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Tanzanian law.
